Kansas Forest ... Thankful Thursday

This is what a Kansas forest looks like. The large oak type tree on the left was here 14 years ago when we moved in. It is FINALLY looking like a tree versus a bush. We planted the pines & other trees.

*giggles* Kansas forest. I remember thinking those were the groves of trees around farm fields that hadn't been cut down yet.

Nice yard! I miss the sunshine!

Yea for trees! We are lucky enough to be surrounded by them. :)

Wow, I've been through Kansas several times and I swear I didn't see any trees. Y'all must have a green thumb. They are rather cute trees too.
